feat: implemented plugin configuration UI and calendar event action slot

feat(plugins): resizable collapsible detail sidebar, auto-init on refresh
- Add email-detail-sidebar slot type for right-side plugin panels

Plugin & Theme System:

- Add HookBus event system with 130+ hooks across 20 domains

- Add 3 built-in themes (Nord, Catppuccin, Solarized)
