feat: Add runtime config, trusted senders, JMAP identities, and UI improvements

- Runtime environment variables for Docker-friendly configuration
- Trusted senders list for automatic image loading
- JMAP identities for proper sender address
- Improved email composer readability
- Horizontal scroll for wide HTML emails
